Your Houston Insurance Agent at Stevens Elementary - With generous support provided by Farmers Insurance Agent, David Lorms, Stevens Elementary awarded prizes to students with perfect attendance for the last nine weeks. Eligible students participated in a drawing for variety of prizes. David Lorms, a Stevens Elementary community business partner, came for the final drawing and gave each child a handshake for a job well done! Support like this helps create a positive environment for all students.

Local professionals, including your local insurance agent David Lorms, were invited to speak to the students about different career opportunities with a strong emphasis of staying in school.

AIDS Walk 2009 Fundraiser - The 20th Annual AIDS Walk Houston took place on Sunday, March 15, 2009. It was an exciting 5K walk event that raised money for HIV/AIDS initiatives throughout Houston, increasing community awareness and educating Houstonians about HIV/AIDS. Farmers Insurance by David Lorms raised $715 for the cause via generous donations from friends, family and customers.
