Farmers assists with Hurricane Ike aftermathEarly on Saturday morning, September 13th, more than 1,100 Farmers employees were on the ground and reaching out to affected customers by Hurricane Ike. By Saturday afternoon, two Farmers Mobile Claims Center (MCCs) buses and eight Customer Care Vehicles (CCVs) were set up in the Houston area to assist Farmers Customers with their claims. In the photo, I am processing a claim for a customer at a CCV located in the Lowes parking lot at Loop 610 and Ella.
